Astute Solutions, Covansys Ally
Consulting and technology services company Covansys will offer the PowerCenter software suite from CRM provider Astute Solutions under an alliance between the two companies announced yesterday.Astute Solutions, Columbus, OH, will provide training to Covansys, Farmington Hills, MI, which has 23 locations and more than 4,000 employees worldwide.
PowerCenter is a consumer response and tracking system that integrates multiple communications channels and multiple customer databases.
Covansys will provide language translation, localization and customization required to offer PowerCenter for international markets.
