Assurant Signs Up Recognition Systems

Recognition Systems, Chicago, this month announced it has signed an agreement with Assurant Group, Miami, to have its Protagona suite of tools implemented into Assurant's entire enterprise. The Protagona suite of tools includes campaign management, behavioral modeling, collateral management and workflow management, all of which can be linked to all of a company's touch points, including Web sites, call centers and direct mail houses.
