Aspen Marketing Recapitalizes
KRG Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, announced the recapitalization of Aspen Marketing Services Inc. in conjunction with Aspen's senior management led by CEO Patrick O'Rahilly.Aspen Marketing, West Chicago, IL, provides integrated DM and promotional services in the United States. Clients include Fortune 500 companies in automotive, telecommunications and financial services.
The recapitalization was financed with equity from KRG Capital, a senior debt facility led by Antares Capital Corp. and subordinated debt from Golub Associates Inc. Aspen was founded in 1986 and grew through a series of industry consolidations in the late 1990s.
