Aspen Marketing Acquires Creative Source International, M3 Marketing

Aspen Marketing Group, Los Angeles, yesterday said it acquired Creative Source International, which specializes in launching new products and executing marketing plans.


Creative Source, Boise, ID, focuses on the computer industry and other high-technology markets; its current clients include Compaq, Hewlett Packard, InFocus, Intelysis, Lucent and SAGA Software.


Aspen Marketing, which provides branding, marketing and e-commerce development services, plans to operate the acquired company under its Aspen Promotion division.


On Monday, Aspen Marketing said it acquired a minority stake in M3 Marketing Group, Birmingham, MI.


M3 specializes in mall, mobile and event marketing services; its clients include Nabisco, Blockbuster Entertainment, ESPN Sports, BarnesandNoble.com, Forbes Magazine, Discovery Network, Hewlett-Packard, Chrysler and Ford Motor Co.


M3 will operate as part of the Promotion division.
