Arvest Bank Taps ASA to Boost Sales, Retention

Arvest Bank Group, Bentonville, AR, is using ASA Corp.'s Customer Opportunity Advisor for Banking to increase sales and retention across its branch network, ASA said yesterday. Arvest has more than 200 branches in 90 communities in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

ASA said the solution works with existing banking systems to analyze customer transaction data, marketing data and customer profile information on a daily basis. It then produces a list of prioritized, pre-qualified customer leads, helping financial institutions make the transition from a service-oriented culture to a proactive selling and service one.

Arvest took less than 60 days to deploy the solution across all its locations.
