CP+B buys Texturemedia to boost digital services

Powerhouse advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B), which counts Burger King, Coke Zero, Volkswagen and Geek Squad among its clientele, continues to expand with its acquisition of Texturemedia; a Boulder, CO-based digital marketing agency. Terms of the deal, announced June 15, have not been disclosed and representatives from CP+B declined to comment on the price of the buy.
