Digital marketing agency Zeta Interactive has signed five new clients: water services company United Water, auto retail and service chain Pep Boys, financial services information company SourceMedia, video content site The NewsMarket and boutique and luxury chain Tablet Hotels.

Mitsubishi Motors North America has named Traffic its agency of record for strategy, creative and interactive, replac­ing former strategy and creative AOR BBDO. The independent agency was chosen in a four-month review process that narrowed a broad field down to four: Traffic; DDB Los Angeles; Ignited and WongDoody Los Angeles.

Video game retailer GameStop Corp. has named The Marketing Arm as its promotions agency of record. It will also be responsible for direct marketing. The agency will work to develop fully integrated promotional events for GameStop, including in-store experiences and merchandising.

Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza has started using a suite of Salesforce.com CRM products to track and manage franchise information. The pizza chain, which was already using some Salesforce.com tools in its corporate center, has rolled out Salesforce SFA, Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Customer Portal, Salesforce Mobile and Salesforce for Google AdWords.
