APAC Customer Services Wins Harrah's Contract

APAC Customer Services, Deerfield, IL, said yesterday that it has been awarded a multiyear contract to provide inbound customer relationship management services for casino giant Harrah's Entertainment Inc. The value of the contract was not disclosed.


APAC will handle the more than 11,000 customer inquiries and reservation requests that Harrah's receives per day, said Nick Naples, vice president of Harrah's Brand Hotel Operations.


In addition to handling voice calls from customers, APAC will respond to customer contacts made through Harrah's Web site.


Harrah's Entertainment, Las Vegas, owns 21 casinos under the Harrah's, Showboat and Rio brands.
