AOL's Platform-A partners with Scottrade

AOL's Platform-A today has formed a strategic partnership with online investment firm Scottrade that extends the advertising relationship.

This year's partnership will bring Scottrade's ads to AOL's recently formed publishing business Mediaglow. Mediaglow's financial-related content properties include AOL Money & Finance, Walletpop.com, Bloggingstocks.com and AOL News, all of which will run Scottrade ads. Walletpop is a blog about budgeting and saving for retirement, and Bloggingstocks.com is a daily blog about financial news.

Scottrade also has been included as a featured broker on AOL Money & Finance through this extended partnership with Platform-A. According to comScore Media Metrix, AOL Money & Finance reaches more than 16 million monthly unique visitors.

The extended partnership comes after Scottrade saw strong results in 2008, said Chris Moloney, CMO of Scottrade in a press release.
