AOL, Pearson Sign Content Agreement

America Online Inc. and Pearson PLC said yesterday they signed a three-year branding and content agreement.


Pearson's online Learning Network will provide educational content and online learning tools to some of AOL's brands. It will also become an anchor tenant on the main screen of AOL's Research and Learn channel, as well as a co-branded site.


The network's resources and tools will be promoted throughout AOL Workplace, AOL Families and other areas, including AOL.com, Netscape Netcenter and CompuServe.
