Ann Taylor Renews Contract With Convergys
Ann Taylor renewed a contract with teleservices provider Convergys for inbound customer service and sales contact center support for Ann Taylor toll-free telephone lines and e-commerce sites, Convergys said yesterday.Convergys will support 1-800-DIAL-ANN, AnnTaylor.com and anntaylorLOFT.com. The length of the renewal and other financial details were not disclosed.
Convergys said it would serve Ann Taylor customers via phone, fax and interactive voice response technologies. Ann Taylor is a women's specialty retailer with 656 stores nationwide. It introduced its online store in 2000.
