Anchor Software Announces MaxPresort Update

Anchor Software LLC, Rockville, MD, a provider of data processing software for the direct marketing industry, yesterday released Version 4.0 of MaxPresort.


MaxPresort is part of an integrated software suite, previously known as Mirus, used for processing name and address databases in direct mail, telemarketing and e-mail campaigns.


The software carries the USPS Gold Presort Accuracy, Validation and Evaluation certification, guaranteeing that mailings will be sorted correctly and accepted at all entry points.


The USPS grants the PAVE certification following an evaluation of the software to determine its accuracy in sorting address files according to the requirements set forth in the Domestic Mail Manual.


Other features of MaxPresort V. 4.0 include sorting capabilities down to the Destination Delivery Unit level and the ability to construct pallets based on sack weights to improve their physical stability.
