AMP, Direct Impulse Merge, Form AMPdi

Alloy Inc.'s Alloy Marketing & Promotions agency merged with boutique Direct Impulse Lifestyle Marketing to start a new lifestyle marketing unit called AMPdi.


The New York-based merged firm will offer full-service promotions and lifestyle, urban and multicultural marketing services.


Founded in 1990, Direct Impulse has handled event marketing for clients like MTV, Vibe, Diesel, Uniworld, Nike and Akademiks. AMP shared with its parents clients like Hasbro, Paramount Pictures, L'Oreal, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
