Ameriprise Financial chooses Epsilon for e-mail, CRM

Epsilon announced March 28 that Ameriprise Financial, a leading financial planning services company, has chosen Epsilon's Interactive Services group to power e-mail communications services to its customers.

Minneapolis-based Ameriprise Financial has more than 2.8 million individual, business and institutional clients. The company also has more than $440 billion in owned, managed and administered assets as of Sept. 30, 2006.

Dallas-based Epsilon, a provider of multichannel, data-driven marketing technologies and services, said it would enable Ameriprise Financial to continue its initiatives to build and expand interactive e-mail communications programs that provide customers with personalized information to help them achieve their financial goals.

Ameriprise said it chose Epsilon because of the company's integrated technology, its experience and expertise in the financial services industry, and its ability to provide continuing guidance and support as a strategic marketing partner.
