American Life Inks Deal With Quotesmith.com for Online Distribution
Quotesmith.com, an insurance comparison-shopping service, will feature American Life Insurance Co. of New York's term life insurance services as part of a partnership announced yesterday.Users can apply online for American Life term life insurance products. Upon approval, qualified applicants are issued a binding quote for three months of coverage, during which time all personal data are validated. Coverage then may be extended for the full 10 to 20 years.
The insurance is available for coverage amounts of $250,000 to $1 million.
Quotesmith.com, which was founded in 1984, allows insurance shoppers to view prices offered by more than 300 auto, life, health, dental, disability and long-term care insurance providers.
