Alternate Marketing Networks Buys AdTrackMedia.com

Alternate Marketing Networks, Grand Rapids, MI, yesterday acquired AdTrackMedia.com, an Internet advertising and marketing network.


Financial terms were not disclosed.


Evaldo "Fred" Dupuy, founder and president of AdTrackMedia.com, will serve on the company's newly created Internet Advisory board and act as a consultant.


The purchase is part of Alternate Marketing's plan to bolster its online capabilities by acquiring companies and developing new products. In February, Alternate Marketing bought Total Logistics Inc. and released its itrack online tracking products.
