Almacenes Siman Taps NuEdge Systems for Customer-Centric Marketing
According to NuEdge, Almacenes Siman expects that replacing its current strategy of mass advertising with highly targeted direct mail campaigns will significantly increase the return on investment of marketing dollars and drive revenue growth.
Almacenes Siman will use the solution to communicate special offers and incentives to the members of the loyalty program called "Rombos De Oro." This program lets customers earn points for buying at Almacenes Siman's stores, e-commerce site and subsidiaries, as well as partners such as Apple Computer dealers and Radio Shack.
Almacenes Siman is the latest company to join NuEdge Systems' portfolio of clients, which includes Bridgestone/Firestone, Compaq, Huntington Bancshares and Sears Canada.
