Almacenes Siman Taps NuEdge Systems for Customer-Centric Marketing

NuEdge Systems, Milwaukee, a marketing automation solutions vendor, announced yesterday that Almacenes Siman, the largest department store chain in Central America, has chosen its NuEdge Campaign Manager software to help build, evaluate and refine individualized customer communications.


According to NuEdge, Almacenes Siman expects that replacing its current strategy of mass advertising with highly targeted direct mail campaigns will significantly increase the return on investment of marketing dollars and drive revenue growth.


Almacenes Siman will use the solution to communicate special offers and incentives to the members of the loyalty program called "Rombos De Oro." This program lets customers earn points for buying at Almacenes Siman's stores, e-commerce site and subsidiaries, as well as partners such as Apple Computer dealers and Radio Shack.


Almacenes Siman is the latest company to join NuEdge Systems' portfolio of clients, which includes Bridgestone/Firestone, Compaq, Huntington Bancshares and Sears Canada.
