Allstate Selects Xchange CRM Products

Xchange Inc., Boston, a CRM services vendor, said this month that Allstate Corp. will use Xchange Analytics and Xchange Campaign to drive personalized communications across all its customer channels.


Dennis DeGregor, chief customer officer at Allstate, Northbrook, IL, said the company chose Xchange's solutions for their open architecture, scalability, ability to integrate online and offline touch points and extensive partnerships with companies such as systems integrator PricewaterhouseCoopers.


Xchange's greatest strength, DeGregor said, is its ability to leverage Allstate's previous CRM investments.


"Instead of forcing Allstate to scrap its previous CRM investments, as many vendors require, Xchange's solution enables us to tie our entire CRM infrastructure together to drive profitable growth of customer relationships," DeGregor said.
