Allstate Chooses Xchange for CRM

Xchange Inc., Boston, a customer relationship management services vendor, said yesterday that Allstate Corp., Northbrook, IL, will use Xchange Analytics and Xchange Campaign to drive relevant, personalized communications across customer channels.

Dennis DeGregor, Allstate's chief customer officer, said the company chose Xchange's solution for its open architecture, scalability, ability to integrate online and offline touch points and extensive partnerships with companies such as systems integrator PricewaterhouseCoopers.

But Xchange's greatest strength, DeGregor said, is its ability to leverage Allstate's previous investments in CRM technology.

"Instead of forcing Allstate to scrap its previous CRM investments, as many vendors require, Xchange's solution enables us to tie our entire CRM infrastructure together to drive profitable growth of customer relationships," DeGregor said.
