AlertSite Inc. has announced new features for its Web site monitoring service, which is designed to help firms detect hackers and find causes for service disruptions and slow pages.

Fullpage Monitoring measures the loading time of text and images as well as the total loading time of the page. Businesses can use this feature to determine how each item within a page affects site performance.

Dynamic Reporting provides real-time reporting. Web site owners can select exact days and times to review reports. In addition, thresholds can be set to establish acceptable page download times.

DNS Lookup provides an automatic IP lookup by AlertSite for every test that is conducted.

Other services include content verification, e-mail and pager notifications and other Web performance reporting.

AlertSite, a division of Boca Technologies Inc., Boca Raton, FL, offers basic monitoring for $9.95 to $49.95 per month, depending on the features ordered. Visit www.alertsite.com for more information.
