ALC Offers Online Reporting to Clients
American List Counsel, Princeton, NJ, announced the availability yesterday of secure online reports for brokers, mailers and list owners on its Web site at www.alc.com.The more than 20 reports available through the site include Mailer Recap Expense Projections, Revision Cancellation Summaries, Variance Report, Exchange Tracker, CPM and Test Recommendations.
Invoices also are posted in the system and archived online for future reference.
To access the confidential reports on the system, ALC clients use a unique identification and password.
According to ALC, the system helps eliminate the time and cost of printing, faxing and mailing paperwork or scanning past e-mail messages for previous reports. ALC's chief technology officer, Jason Rembert, led the development of the system.
The firm also can provide custom online reports based on client- and campaign-specific requirements.
