ALC launches new division

American List Counsel this week announced it is launching a new division that will source and compile databases of medical professionals and healthcare specialists.

Called ALC MD, the division has its own Web site, www.ALCMD.com, where marketers can review data cards with topline counts, a listing of major users by category, and information on how ALC MD data is gathered and deployed to build healthcare lists.

Future plans for the division include the development of a section that will focus on healthcare industry trends and market insight, according to the company.

ALC said it had recently completed a compilation of its MD brand of data products including doctors, nurses, office managers, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. The ALC MD databases are continually updated with new source data, according to the company.

"Our vision in developing ALC MD was to not only provide superior data at the most competitive prices on the market but to offer a consultative approach to marketers targeting healthcare professionals," said Brandon Zink, Medical Market PRO of ALC MD, in a statement.
