ALC Adds SmartMoney

American List Counsel, Princeton, NJ, said yesterday that it was named list manager for SmartMoney magazine, a joint publishing venture of Dow Jones & Co. and Hearst SM Partnership.


The SmartMoney file has more than 546,500 subscribers to this publication on personal business and investing. Subscribers are 58 percent male, have a median age of 47, have a median household income of $80,593 and pay an average of $24 per year to subscribe.


The file is selectable by recency, gender, geography, paid, change of address, source and expires. The base price is $140/M.


ALC also manages SmartMoney sister publications The Wall Street Journal and Barrons.
