Agency.com Acquires I-Traffic

Interactive marketing shop Agency.com, New York, plans to buy Interactive Traffic Inc., San Francisco, the direct marketing services agency popularly known as I-Traffic, according to an IPO filed this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The documents also revealed the company is acquiring Visionik, an interactive development company in Denmark valued at $5.9 million.

Although Agency.com is still in its so-called "quiet period" and can't comment, the public record reveals a cash-and-stock deal valued at $15 million, along with performance-based incentives that will be determined after Agency.com officially becomes a public company.
