Wheelhouse Corp., Burlington, MA, a marketing infrastructure services provider, announced this week that it secured 20 client contracts through the end of October, including First Call, J.P. Morgan, Natural Microsystems, UPromise and Wells Fargo. These companies joined existing clients such as Harvard Business School Publishing and RSN Omnimedia Network.

With the new contracts, Wheelhouse has more than 25 clients throughout the United States.

"We selected Wheelhouse because we needed a fast-moving partner with expertise in both marketing and technology," said Allen Carney, vice president of marketing at Natural Microsystems. "It was important that we work with a firm who could guide us in developing our vision for Web-based marketing and assume responsibility for the implementation of the underlying technology needed to realize the vision."

Wheelhouse offers a variety of services, including content management; customer acquisition; customer relationship management/customer retention; and ongoing applications management, which includes implementing clickstream analytics solutions and providing operations and systems management.
