**West Teleservices, Synchrony to Provide Contact Center Solutions
The agreement calls for West, which operates 27 outsourced call centers across North America, to offer Synchrony's customer support solutions to e-commerce businesses. In addition, the two companies will seek to develop joint marketing projects. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
West said it would become a minority shareholder in Synchrony as part of the agreement. In addition, Tom Barker, CEO of West, will serve on the board of directors at Synchrony.
