West Teleservices Files Stock Offering; Co-Chairman Resigns

West Teleservices filed Monday to offer 4.5 million shares of common stock, to be sold principally by Troy Eaden, a major stockholder.


Eaden also announced his resignation as co-chairman and as a member of the board, to pursue other personal interests.


Gary West will continue as chairman of the board for the Omaha, NE-based provider of outsourced teleservices.
