Masius New York, a branch of Masius/Publicis Consultants has rebranded under the Publicis Groupe-owned Leo Burnett to form Leo Burnett Business, a specialty group that will focus on business-to-business advertising and marketing.

Footwear manufacturer Crocs has selected interactive agency Cramer-Krasselt as its global agency of record. The brand will launch a campaign, aided by the agency, early next year. C-K's Chicago office will handle brand strategy, creative, interactive, online, media planning and buying, as well as PR.

Publicis Groupe announced on November 16 the launch of MS&L Group, a services group that will mix various types of the holding company's firms. MS&L Worldwide, Publicis Consultants Worldwide, JKL, Winner & Associates, TMG Strategies, PBJS, Relay, Capital MS&L, Hanmer MS&L, Carré Noir, SAS, Masius and Publicis Events will make up the division.

Wrigley has confirmed that it has transferred its digital advertising duties to Big Spaceship, EVB and Firstborn. Wrigley had been working with Tribal DDB, Digitas and Agency.com prior to the decision, according to a report in Advertising Age. Digitas confirmed the loss, but declined to comment on the matter. Agency.com and Big Spaceship referred calls to Wrigley.

Bob Evans Restaurants and Food Products has named Brunner its advertising agency of record. The multimillion dollar account was won following a competitive review. The incumbent agency was Chicago Creative Partnership.

Learning Curve Brands has named Euro RSCG Chicago agency of record for its First Years line. The account is the agency's first work with Learning Curve and parent company RC2. First Years is a toy and supply line for infants and toddlers. Euro RSCG will create an integrated effort focusing on new moms, particularly first-time parents.

The ALS Association has chosen Grizzard as its agency of record. The agency is focusing on increasing both the size of the organization's donor base and the level of donor support. The nonprofit's previous efforts were limited to direct mail renewal programs used in conjunction with e-mail campaigns.

Colin Kinsella, currently the chief innovation officer at Razorfish, was appointed president for North America at Digitas, effective January 1, 2010. Both agencies are owned by Publicis Groupe. He will oversee the company's North American operations and report directly to Laura Lang, CEO.

Extrovertic and Virilion announced a joint venture on October 28, called EV Healthcare, to help healthcare companies implement digital and social media marketing campaigns. The service, based in New York, has just begun marketing to prospective clients, said Pfizer veteran Dorothy Wetzel, co-founder and executive marketer at Extrovertic.

InfoGroup will combine its nonprofit-focused units into one direct marketing services provider, called InfoGroup Nonprofit, next month. The new unit will offer services including data processing, list brokerage and fulfillment and creative and print services. The provider will have four office locations: Washington, DC; Greenwich, CT; Marshfield, WI and Omaha, NE.
