Rapp Collins Worldwide, a subsidiary of New York agency holding company Omnicom Group Inc., restructured its North America operations.

The direct marketing agency removed administrative walls at its office, creating a centralized structure. Also, key Rapp Collins executives have new roles in the organization.

Robert Horvath has been promoted to president of direct marketing, with all agency operations reporting to him. He was corporate chief financial officer.

Another president at the agency is Edward R. McNally Jr., who previously held that title along with the chief operating officer position. In his new role he heads diversified services, making him responsible for integrating all current and future services and partnerships. He also oversees the new corporate marketing and communications department.

Rapp Collins appointed Cathy Clift chief planning officer, as she moves from executive vice president of the agency's Dallas office. Martin Macdonald takes over as chief creative officer for the agency. He was formerly executive vice president and chief creative officer at the Dallas office. Clift and Macdonald are to develop new tools, processes and products in their departments. Both will stay in Dallas.

Caroline Chilvers has been promoted to executive vice president of the corporate marketing and communications department. She is responsible for business development as well as internal and external communications. She was team leader and senior vice president at Rapp Collins New York.

The executives report to Gary VonKennel, Rapp Collins Worldwide chairman/CEO in New York. Rapp Collins has 1,000 employees in New York; Vienna, VA; Chicago; Dallas; Seattle; Los Angeles; Charlotte, NC; and Toronto and Calgary in Canada.
