The new resellers include Ultima, based in Turkey; Origin, in Spain; USKO Ltd., in South Africa; and Oculos, in Scandinavia and Nordic countries.
All of these resellers are information technology and customer-relationship management vendors. Ultima, for example, provides software solutions and IT consultancy to the banking, finance and insurance sectors in Turkey; is the main Lotus Notes reseller in Turkey; and is in strategic partnerships with IBM, Lotus and Sybase. Origin BV, headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, provides a of information-based technology services for global corporations around the world, and its client list includes AT&T, Canon, Philips Electronics, Kodak, Procter & Gamble, and Siemens. USKO offers Business Intelligence, and CRM solutions and is a leading IT company. And, Oculos is an IT consultancy specializing in data warehousing, the Internet, and marketing automation.
According to Prime Response, these partnerships are important strategic initiatives in building customer relationships within these key territories.
