Entertainment Publications has tapped Melissa Fisher as CMO, a newly created.role. Fisher had most recently been SVP of marketing and communications at Cox Target Media.

Andy Bishop has been named VP of business development at mobile social gaming community Cellufun. He joins Cellufun from Sony Pictures Television, where he was VP of Mobile Entertainment.

Kevin Ertell has joined ForeSee Results as VP of retail strategy. He was previously SVP of e-business at Borders, a client of ForeSee.

Independent healthcare agency AbelsonTaylor has appointed four senior art directors. Jenny Drucker, Lauren Bo Cunningham and Yuliya Chepurnaya were all promoted from art director. Tristen George joins AbelsonTaylor from Digitas Health, where she handled pharmaceutical, insurance and consumer products.

Frank Romano has been promoted from director of finance & operations to VP, finance & operations at Eclipse Marketing Services.
