Rosetta today announced the appointment of Peter Kang as its executive creative director. He'll focus on creative executions for the Technology & Telecommunications Industry Group, one of the largest and fastest growing segments of the agency's business, according to a press release.

Kang joins the Publicis Groupe agency from Digital Kitchen, where he oversaw experiential design, branding, social media, and advertising. Prior to that, he held executive creative positions at Ogilvy & Mather's Western region and at Saatchi & Saatchi's Los Angeles office. In his new role, he'll report to Global Chief Creative Officer Lars Bastholm.

“Peter is an entrepreneurial leader who brings a wealth of experience in brand development, creative and business management, digital strategy, and marketing,” said Bastholm.

Kang is the latest in a number of executive changes at Rosetta, whose founder Chris Kuenne retired from the agency last week. Hires made by Rosetta in the last six months include Bastholm, Chief Strategy Officer Scott Sorokin; Chief Technology Officer Joe Lozito; and Head of Marketing Gary Schechner.
