Imperic Launches Marketing Lab

Imperic, a New York-based marketing services provider, formally launched its Marketing Lab yesterday.


The lab focuses on the development and execution of marketing programs and services and the management of customer touch points across an organization. The lab, which was first announced in March, will research customer relationship management diagnostics and benchmarking, smart card technology and interactive television.


The company also named the members of its Marketing Lab Advisory Board, which will oversee and contribute to its research and development.


The board includes Ram Charan, CEO, Charon Associates; David Finney, dean and special assistant to the president, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, NYU; Peter Georgescu, Chairman Emeritus, Young & Rubicam; Malcolm Gladwell, staff writer, New Yorker magazine; Philip Kotler, Professor of Marketing, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; Aldo Papone, senior advisor, former president, American Express Company; Fred Wilson, managing partner, Flatiron Partners.
