ICT Standardizes on Siebel EBusiness
ICT operates 33 call centers in Europe, North America and Australia.
Separately, ICT said it would add 500 workstations in new and existing call centers during the second quarter. It expected to end the quarter with more than 4,800 workstations in 35 centers. More than half of the new stations are expected to support the company's inbound sales and service business.
The company also is expanding its Canadian call center operations in the Nova Scotia towns of Sydney and New Glasgow to support client programs in the United States and Canada.
