Ford Taps Global Beach for European Web Effort
The assignments extend Ford's relationship with Global Beach. Its initial contract is for three years, with deployments starting in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
The programs aim to help Ford's European dealers better manage their online presence through new interactive tools. They also will offer a seamless link between the brands' national Web sites and their dealers.
Global Beach (www.globalbeach.com) will use its Keycast technology platform to support these programs. It has invested four years and $18 million to create the technology.
With eight years of experience in automotive marketing, Global Beach handles interactive work for Ford-owned brands Jaguar Cars, Aston Martin, Jaguar Racing and Ford of Europe.
