Fingerhut to Deploy Davox Technology at Call Centers

Davox Corp., Westford, MA, a supplier of call center technologies, said yesterday that diversified direct marketing concern Fingerhut Cos. Inc., Minnetonka, MN, will deploy Davox's customer interaction management software in its seven customer contact centers.

Fingerhut, a unit of Federated Department Stores Inc., Cincinnati, is implementing Davox's Ensemble suite of inbound, blended, agent process automation and reporting solutions at one of its contact centers and will roll out the systems to its other six centers by the end of the year.

The solution is designed to help Fingerhut run more efficient collections and telephone sales operations, Davox said.
