DRTV Agencies Merge Into $200M Shop
The merged agencies will operate out of Marlboro under the Advanced Results Marketing name. The merged shop will have combined billings of nearly $200 million.
Victor Grillo becomes president/CEO of the merged entity. Michael Horne, president of Results Media Group, will manage his company as a division of Advanced Results Marketing. He will work from Phoenix.
The merger was born of Advanced's search for a West Coast partner as well as a growth in DRTV advertising. Two years ago, the company reported revenue of only $15 million.
Advanced Results Marketing has clients like Carvel, Conair, Motorola Boost, Mandalay Resorts and The Holmes Group for its Rival, Crockpot and Bionaire brands. Results Media Group's roster includes Icon Health and Fitness, Cable One and Chipotle.
