DraftWorldwide Acquires Swedish Agency
Interpublic Group's DraftWorldwide, New York, this week announced its purchase of Trampolin Advertising, Stockholm, Sweden, a fully integrated marketing agency comprising three branded operating units: Trampolin (direct marketing), Volley (sales promotion and production) and Pool Interactive (interactive marketing).
The agency will remain based in Stockholm but will change its name to DraftWorldwide Sweden.
Founded in 1995, the agency is staffed by 24 people. Clients include Scandinavian airline SAS; the country's leading business daily newspaper, SPP, Svenska Dagbladet; and Riksgaeldskontoret, a governmental agency.
Operating in 12 European countries, DraftWorldwide has one of the largest agency networks in Europe with global billings that exceed $2.7 billion.
