Deutsche Bank Chooses Prime Response

The world's largest , German-based bank, Deutsche Bank, last month selected Prime Response, Cambridge, MA, and its Prime Vantage campaign management software to manage the targeting and measurement of its marketing communications.


According to Prime Response, the implementation of Prime Vantage will aid Deutsche Bank in its mission to maintain customer satisfaction and remain a "future-oriented" business.


Prime Vantage will be used in the over 1,400 Deutsche bank branches in Germany, and the option exists for Prime Vantage to be used in more than 260 branches in Italy and Spain, as well as numerous other branches in European countries over the next 12 months.


Prime Response also announced that Deutsche Bank Retail (Deutsche Bank 24) selected Prime Vantage because of its new software, Prime@Vantage.com, which integrates Internet channels, such as Web and e-mail with traditional marketing channels.
