Burger King Picks DraftWorldwide
Seven agencies competed for the Burger King business, though only two -- DraftWorldwide and Alcone Marketing Group -- made the final round. Alcone retains its status as premium manufacturing agency of record.
The Chicago agency will handle merchandising and promotions for the fast-food company. In allied responsibilities, DraftWorldwide will also handle strategic planning, point-of-purchase material, field services and calendar planning. Work commences next month, starting with on-air creative.
