Omnicom Group Inc.-owned interactive shop partnered with Boston consultant Marketspace LLC to form a research consortium dedicated to best practices for creating integrated customer experiences online and offline.

A January-published book from Marketspace founders Jeffrey F. Rayport and Bernard J. Jaworski called "Best Face Forward: Why Companies Must Improve Their Services Interfaces with Customers" inspired the alliance.

Marketspace is a unit of Monitor Group, Cambridge, MA, which is a merchant bank.
