Financial services firm Advanta Corp. Spring House, PA, selected Davox Corp., Westford, MA, to provide customer interaction management solutions for a contact center operated by a subsidiary in Gibbsboro, NJ.


Davox's Ensemble solution has been installed in the contact center operated by Advanta Business Cards, which provides credit cards to small businesses.


Davox's software assists with inbound and outbound call management, Web and e-mail interaction and workforce management.
