Advanced Response Is Call_Solutions' Ninth Buy

Teleservices provider Call_Solutions Inc. yesterday announced the purchase of direct mail promotions agency Advanced Response Marketing as part of its effort to become a turnkey marketing agency.


Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Advanced Response, Dallas, provides campaign strategy development, target audience definition, design, data management, mailing services and analysis for direct mail campaigns.


The company's client list includes American Airlines, Dillard's, Federated Stores, GE Capital Corp. and The Home Depot. Advanced Response is the ninth acquisition by Call_Solutions, Waukesha, WI, since the teleservices firm was founded last year.


Call_Solutions' last three purchases have been companies outside the teleservices field. At the end of July, the company bought database firm Heartland Marketing Group Ltd., Milwaukee, and Onesource, Lindon, UT, which provides direct mail processing services.


Call_Solutions said that with the acquisition of Advanced Response, it can now provide full services for its clients, including front-end direct marketing, back-end fulfillment and teleservices.
