Agency Gets Award for No-Call TV Ad

The New Jersey Ad Club gave an annual award to advertising agency GraficaGroup for a TV ad promoting the state's no-call list, the agency said yesterday.

GraficaGroup, Chester, NJ, said it received the award for its "Magic Moments" ad, produced for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. The ad depicted a family eating dinner with the song "This Magic Moment" playing in the background.

Text accompanying the ad read, "This is the sound of a phone not ringing during dinner. This family is signed up for the New Jersey Do Not Call program. With the toughest law in the nation protecting your privacy and your magic moments."

About 3.2 million New Jersey residents have registered for the state's no-call list. New Jersey maintains its own no-call list separate from the national no-call registry.
