AFP Debuts Web Tool
The Association of Fundraising Professionals launched AFP Gateway Quicklinks, a Web site feature for member use. AFP members can use the site for tasks such as membership renewal, ordering products, registering for seminars and making online contributions.Other Quicklinks features include the ability to update information in the online directory in real time and access to personal pledges and contributions for the past five years.
Members can log in to the system from the AFP home page at www.afpnet.org by adding two zeros to the beginning of their member identification number and using their existing passwords. The system went live Jan. 27, and categories will be added and enhanced, AFP said.
