AeroMexico Taps TeleTech for Ticket Sales

AeroMexico awarded a multi-year customer support contract last week to teleservices provider TeleTech for inbound ticket sales in 43 Mexican cities.


TeleTech, Denver, also will provide inbound sales and reservations support for AeroMexico's Gran Plan vacation package service. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.


TeleTech currently provides support for AeroMexico's loyalty program, a relationship that will continue under the new contract. AeroMexico serves 10 million passengers yearly and has annual revenue of $1.5 billion.
