Aegis Elevates Former RMH Exec

Teleservices provider Aegis Communications named Scot Brunke, former CFO of RMH Teleservices, as its new president/CFO.

With Brunke's appointment, Aegis has a permanent replacement for former CFO Michael J. Graham, who left in June 2003 for another position. Prior to his promotion, Brunke had worked in a consulting role as acting CFO of Aegis.

His previous position was at RMH Teleservices, which became part of NCO Group in an acquisition completed April 2. Brunke left RMH, King of Prussia, PA, in March 2003.

Brunke will report to Herman M. Schwarz, CEO of Aegis. The promotion gives Brunke new leadership responsibilities in addition to his duties in the financial area, Schwarz said.

Last year Aegis entered into, then backed out of, a $22.75 million merger agreement with AllServe, a British IT services provider. Aegis opted instead for a $28.2 million investment by Essar Group, an Indian holding company, and Deutsche Bank.
