ADVO Introduces List for Newly Built Homes
ADVO Inc. has launched a new construction mailing list of 2 million addresses for people who have moved into newly constructed homes, the Windsor, CT, company said yesterday.According to ADVO, residents moving into newly built homes spend three times more than the average family during the first nine months.
The file is updated with up to 40,000 new addresses weekly, and mailers can purchase addresses by the week. The base price is $75/M.
ADVO suggests this file for offers such as home improvement, hardware, furniture, electronics, kitchen, bath and garden. The file is available through ADVO's list manager, American List Counsel, Princeton, NJ.
