Advanstar Taps Group 1 to Update Address Changes
Advanstar Communications Inc. chose a Group 1 Software solution to update address changes of subscribers to its business publications, Group 1 said yesterday.The MOVEfast solution lets organizations access the address changes of the 45 million households and businesses yearly that move domestically. MOVEfast verifies a given address and checks whether it is in the NCOALink database.
Advanstar, New York, has 100 business magazines and directories, 72 trade shows and conferences, numerous Web sites and a range of print and electronic direct marketing, database and reference products and services.
"Implementing MOVEfast will enable us to reduce both our returned mail and our manual address change service fees," said Ken Harmer, senior software engineer at Advanstar.
Group 1 is based in Lanham, MD.
